Article 59 [Scope of Forfeiture] Forfeiture of property refers to the forfeiture of part or all of the personal property of an offender.
Where all of the personal property of an offender should be forfeited, the necessary living expenses for the offender and their family members shall be exempted from forfeiture.
Where an offender is sentenced to forfeiture of their personal property, the property that their family members have or should have shall not be forfeited.
