Article 118 [Sabotaging Power Equipment or Inflammable or Explosive Equipment]
A person who sabotages power, gas, or other inflammable or explosive equipment, to the extent that it endangers public safety, but has not yet caused serious consequences, shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years.
