Article 15 [Negligent Crime] An act that constitutes a crime is a negligent crime if the actor should have foreseen that their act may result in harmful consequences to society but fails to foresee them due to negligence, or recklessly believes that such consequences can be avoided although they have been foreseen.
A negligent crime shall be subject to criminal penalties only if the law so provides.
